_**RAPS is Seeking a part time support worker to assist an individual with Dementia (E19)**_
- **Location**_: Villa Caritas Hospital West Edmonton (Psychiatric Hospital)_
- **Days: 1 day a week (Flexible) + Fridays and Saturday OR Sunday**_
- **Hours: 2pm-6pm (12 hours weekly) *Flexible **_
- **Job Description**_: Duties include but are not _limited to: assistance within a facility setting, mobility assistance with walking, Client engagement and social interactions (ie. Puzzles, blocks, group activities), support with facility therapy, personal care, toileting, dressing, shaving and nail care. Redirection and behavior management, feeding assistance, supervision, and companionship.
**Note: This is a locked Psychiatric facility.**
- **The ability to speak French is a strong asset.**_
As a caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need. You will work closely with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure their well-being and comfort. This role requires compassion, patience, and the ability to adapt to different situations.
