If you are looking for a career in landscaping, then look no further **Key Responsibilities** - Construction Crew Lead - Lead the execution of construction projects, planning for labour, equipment and materials to ensure completion of projects in a timely manner and on budget within scope of work. - Construction of walkways, retaining walls, patios and gardens - Help with training of co-workers as necessary - Communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with clients, team and project managers and/or sub trades as required **Requirements**: - 3-5 years of previous landscape construction experience particularly with softscapes and hardscaping - Knowledge of the process of soft and hard scapes is an asset - must be able to lead, problem solve and work under pressure - High School Diploma, relevant industry certificate an asset - Valid "G" drivers license with clean driving abstract - our location is not accessible by public transportion **Work Environment** - Wearing of PPE - Working at heights, therefore certification is an asset - Use of common handheld power tools - Use of large machinery - loaders/forklifts/mini ex/ dingo **Benefits** - Competitive wages - Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company - Health Spending account Wage will be negotiated based on experience and ability Pay: $28.00-$34.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - Monday to Friday Application question(s): - Do you have experience with landscape construction or enhancements?
