**Who are we?**:
**In one sentence**:
Lead testing projects and be accountable for plan and scope commitments as well as for quality, timeliness and budgetary constraints. Provides end to end integrative view, managing multiple interfaces for achieving overall goals and overcoming captivating points and obstacles. Work with customers and relevant partners.

**What will your job look like?**:

- Design and develop test plans and test cases for product releases in coordination with Test Engineers, SW Engineers and Product Development leadership
- Drive the creation and reviews of QA engineers test plans
- Track and report on the state of the testing phase and overall product quality during development phase with defined data and metrics
- Provide technical leadership to the test engineering team
- Manage senior level technical professionals
- Lead and manage testing engagements, including budget and resources, customer relationships, timelines, deliverables, quality and overall management, whether for a specific project or on an ongoing basis.
- Manage a team of 15+ team members and ensure the tasks are delivered with highest quality and follow the QA processes.
- Participate in the design, estimation and methology definition for the system under test.
- Oversee cross location collobration and hand-over of tasks to ensure the timelines are met.
- Maintain and enhance the test coverage matrix with Automation first approach.
- RCA’s for customer reported issues and identify SOW for improving test coverage.

**All you need is...**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT/ Computer science/ industrial engineering/ system analysis
- At least 5+ years of managerial experience.
- Experience in SW testing/ Testing tools & methodologies/ Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Familiar with SQL and scripting languages (JavaScript, Perl, Shell Script, Python, etc.)
- Ability to multitask through planning/organizing
- Highly self-motivated and excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in QA processes & methodologies, Agile SDLC principles, test automation framework, different verification/validation techniques, and test management
