**About us**

We are a new Brick Oven Pizza & Gastropub located in Grimsby on the Lake Looking for people with a passion for working in the food industry to work in our new trendy location with 2 large patios located on Winston Rd in Grimsby

**Responsibilities**:

- Meal preparation and food handling in the kitchen
- Follow recipes and guidelines for food preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Ensure food safety standards are met at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation

**Requirements**:

- 5 years experience in a kitchen or food service environment
- Brick Oven Pizza Prep
- Food Safety Certificate
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Kitchen: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safety Certification (required)
