Server/dinning Room Manager

Typical daily duties are as follows
- Greet patrons, present menus, answer questions regarding food and beverages
- Take orders and relay to kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages
- Present bill to patrons
- Report to work in sufficient time to change and be prepared for customers by starting time. All setting up is done in uniform
- Check your station for cleanliness, tables clean and straight, chairs wiped and no litter on the floor
- Check Cutlery (use vinegar on a clean cloth to clean)
- Set up stations with supplies and condiments. (Handle all cutlery and glassware by non-eating surfaces only)
- Complete the opening duties assigned to your section
- Have complete knowledge of menu and beverage list
- Keep service station neat and clean at all times
- Sales will be totaled at the end of shifts. A tip-out is required and is to be done by a Manager
- Wipe sugars, salt and pepper containers with a clean cloth with vinegar daily after refilling
- All towels are to be soaked in warm soapy water and the right amount of bleach
- Wait staff must be available to work extra shifts if necessary
- All sales must be accounted for at the end of your shift

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
