**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of construction experience in a leadership role
- Advanced knowledge of various construction regulations
- Class G license

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Civil Engineering degree or diploma with designation

**Day in the life**:
A day in the life of this role involves leading and supporting an operations’ team while ensuring adherence to policies promoting respect and inclusivity. You will be providing guidance and advice to site superintendents and forepersons, aimed at improving their professional success and helping them develop the necessary skills and behaviors to contribute effectively to Huron Construction.

You will be the ultimate safety champion as that is a priority at Miller, with a focus on promoting and leading a Safety-First culture for all employees, subcontractors, and consultants. Additionally you will be coordinating and scheduling labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors according to project schedules, in collaboration with project managers and site foremen so you will oversee all budget for operations.

Your goal will be to ensure you are upholding quality construction standards as well as meet any other production related expectations set out by the operations manager.
