**Job Description**:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join our team in providing high-quality care to our clients/residents. As a PSW, you will be responsible for assisting clients/residents with activities of daily living, promoting their independence and well-being, and ensuring their comfort and safety.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist clients/residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Support clients/residents with mobility and transferring, using safe techniques and equipment as needed.
- Provide assistance with meal preparation, feeding, and medication reminders, adhering to individual care plans.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Observe and report changes in clients'/residents' condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Foster a supportive and respectful relationship with clients/residents and their families, promoting dignity and autonomy.
**Requirements**:
- Completion of a recognized Personal Support Worker (PSW) certificate program.
- Current certification in First Aid and CPR.
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation may be required.
