Commercial Tire Technician

Qualifications include:
- Previous experience is considered an asset
- High School Education preferred
- Valid driver’s license required; Must be insurable
- Certification in Commercial Wheel Service preferred, but willingness to learn and committment to job is required
- Experience working with Earthmover, Industrial and Farm Tires an asset but training and certification programs are provided
- Must be physically able to meet requirements of the job ( lift up to 100lbs)
- Must be adaptable and possess excellent oral and communication skills
- Will be required to work in and out of shop, so exposure to weather conditions apply
- Must have a positive attitude, be able to work independently and with others;
- Ability to prioritize multiple objectives while following safe & proper procedures
- Must be organized and able to complete required paperwork
Main Job Duties will include:
The technician must ensure equipment is properly inspected and maintained, ensure it is documented. You will also be responsible to ensure work orders are filled in completely and properly such as recording torque values, tire pressures, tread depths and any problems incurred while completing the work order.
Must be able to determine customer needs and to ensure all services are performed as per company & industry standards. It is essential that you represent the company in a professional and safe manner while working out in the field.
**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
