Estimator (Rebar)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct construction estimating for various projects.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
- Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost breakdowns for labor, materials, and equipment
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive bids
- Assist with project management tasks as needed
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in construction estimating or related field
- Strong knowledge of building materials, methods, and construction processes. Basic understanding of concrete reinforcement.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and specifications
- Proficiency in using construction estimating software and tools (Excel and Auto Cad)
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills for accurate cost calculations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
