**Position**: Pool Technician

**Schedule**: Full-Time

As a Pool Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and servicing pools for our diverse client base. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, identifying and repairing pool equipment issues, conducting water quality tests, and ensuring overall pool cleanliness and safety. You will work independently or as part of a team, depending on the project, and will be expected to deliver high-quality service while adhering to established safety guidelines and company standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, skimming debris, and vacuuming pools.
- Conduct water quality tests and adjust chemical levels as necessary to maintain optimal water balance.
- Inspect and repair pool equipment, including pumps, motors, heaters, and filtration systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, implementing appropriate solutions promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and customer interactions.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide expert advice, and address concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all service activities.
- Keep up to date with industry advancements, new technologies, and best practices.
- Perform pool openings and closing per Standard Operating Procedures

**Qualifications and Job Requirements**
- Proven experience as a Pool Technician or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of pool maintenance, equipment repairs, and water chemistry.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing pool equipment issues.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to pool maintenance.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor environments, often under varying weather conditions.
- Background in Plumbing, Electrical, or Building Management considered an asset

**Compensation and Incentives**
- $75,000 to $85,000 per year based on experience.
