**What you'll do here**:
- Plan and execute successful search engine marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads to achieve client goals and KPIs
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-value keywords to target in campaigns
- Develop and implement bid strategies, ad copy, and landing pages to optimize campaign performance
- Monitor and analyze campaign data to identify areas for optimization and improvement
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to clients, including campaign performance, trends, and insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in search engine marketing
**You'll need to have**:
- 2+ years of experience in search engine marketing, with a focus on Google Ads and Bing Ads
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful SEM campaigns that meet or exceed client goals and KPIs
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
- Proficiency with Google Ads and Bing Ads, including keyword research, bid management, ad copy creation, and reporting
- Familiarity with other digital marketing channels, such as social media advertising and display advertising, is a plus
- Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications are preferred but not required.
