A **dishwasher prep cook** is responsible for:

- Preheating the dishwasher, loading and cleaning dishes, and setting the timer.
- Having strong cleaning and cooking skills.
- Being familiar with dishwashing detergents and cleaning techniques.
- Cleaning and sanitizing all dishes and utensils used in the kitchen1.
- Performing basic cooking tasks under the supervision of chefs or cooks

Pay: $17.50-$18.00 per hour
