We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team in Markham. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for presenting, promoting, and selling our fitness products and services to existing and prospective customers. You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring that they receive expert advice and exceptional service every time they visit.

**Responsibilities**:

- Present and promote fitness products to customers, addressing their specific needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Assist customers in making informed decisions by answering product-related questions and offering recommendations.
- Meet and exceed sales goals while providing a personalized shopping experience.
- Maintain the sales floor, ensuring product displays are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Process transactions and handle customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Stay informed on industry trends and product updates to provide the best customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- **Retail and Sales experience** is a must.
- **Basic computer knowledge** for sales transactions and inventory management.
- **Fitness background** or knowledge of fitness equipment is a big asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their health goals.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
