All Retail Sales Associates will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about products offered and working collaboratively with your coworkers to provide superior customer service. Everyone on our team shares the common goal of maximizing sales while creating an exceptional experience for our guests.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
▪ Connect with every customer to ensure they feel welcome in the store
▪ Deliver superior customer service and create a memorable guest experience while
maintaining sales goals
▪ Work collaboratively with coworkers to foster a positive and productive work
environment
▪ Maintain detailed knowledge of the stores offerings in order to personalize product
recommendations for each and every customer
▪ Assist with hourly cleaning and sanitizing procedures
▪ Ensure that the sales floor is neat, and that merchandise is attractively displayed
▪ Maintain a familiarity and working knowledge of the exhibit and the art featured, as well
as knowledge of the artists life and career.
▪ Maintain a familiarity of product locations both in the stockroom and on the sales floor.

**JOB SPECIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**
▪ Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
▪ Fluency in English, both verbal and written
▪ Minimum 1 year retail experience
▪ Minimum 1 year customer service experience
▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
▪ Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities with strong
organizational skills
▪ Team oriented, enthusiastic, creative, well-groomed, reliable, and punctual
▪ Familiarity with Lightspeed POS an asset

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18-25 per week

**Salary**: $16.00 per hour

Day range:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Shift:

- 8 hour shift

Work setting:

- Apparel store

- Toronto, ON M5E 1E5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
