**Job description**

Primary Functions: Ensure the production of COBS Product and maintains the highest standard of product quality to meet customer demands.

To maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Train and develop all Bakers through our Training system.

Develop strong bonds and trust with our Team and Customers.

Work Experience: No Experience Necessary. A Passion for Baking is a Must.

Effective literacy and numeracy skills

Able to follow direction and instruction to company standards

Knowledge of Food Handling and Food Safety

Able to work in a dynamic work environment involving multi-tasking, working to deadlines, effective team work and standing and walking for long periods

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
