Rv Detail Lead

We are looking for a qualified **RV Detailer Lead** to join our Rentals Team. We have **Full-Time and Part-Time, Seasonal positions** for our **Abbotsford BC, North Parallel Location.**

The RV Detailer Lead, working under the direction of the Rentals Manager is the primary point person on our detail team to ensure we are preparing the RVs to the highest standard for our rental customers. Leading a team of 5 to 6 detailers, this hands-on role is responsible for washing, cleaning, polishing and performing general upkeep on RV interiors and exteriors to ensure they are clean and presentable for rental customers. This position will also provide general assistance at the dealership including, moving RVs, assisting co-workers and assisting with the cleaning of the dealership lot.

**Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Lead a Team of 5-6 RV detailers
- Work alongside the team to clean and detail inside and outside of rental RVs
- Create a learning environment within the detail department guided by our core values as an organization
- Coordinate Scheduling of work completion within the department based on Rental Pickups and drop-offs.
- Communicate effectively with the Rental team regarding RV status and condition
- Laundry and dishes
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety
- Ensure that all RV detailers and cleaners are implementing the proper use of cleaning products, equipment and machinery
- Training new staff members in general RV detailing activities, including vacuuming, deep-cleaning, and deodorizing.
- Quality control and ensure that all RVs detailed meet company standards and are to rental customer's satisfaction
- Manage the inventory and ordering of chemicals
- Available to work Mon-Sat
- Other duties as assigned

**Skills & Qualifications Requirements**
- Experience with Supervising and/or Housekeeping/Detailing.
- Class 5 Driver’s license and Clean Abstract - PLEASE ATTACH ABSTRACT WITH RESUME
- Ability to supervise employees and handle various situations under pressure as a supervisor
- Ability to coach and motivate.
- Must be reliable, dependable, possessing strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to prioritize effectively.
- Must be well-organized, self-motivated and committed to our company values.
- Experience working with cleaning products and cleaning tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
