The West Vancouver Community Services Department has an opening for a Air Dry Clay Instructor. This position will be responsible for:
- Guiding, engaging and teaching children different hand building styles;
- organizing and preparing different projects or workshops depending on the style of class being taught;
- cleaning of the studio and equipment before and after teaching;
- explaining the registration process and community centres activities;
- responding to questions and raises concerns to the supervisor who refers parents/families to community resources; and,
- other related duties as required.
Position Status:
Non-Union - Casual
Hours of Work:
Hours of work may vary, required to teach on Saturdays
Rate of Pay:
$25.00 per hour plus 4% in lieu of benefits
