**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Project Oversight**: Manage smaller residential restoration claims from initial assessment to project completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
- ** Client Engagement & Sales**: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, subcontractors, and insurance adjusters. Effectively communicate scope of work, project timelines, and budget expectations while identifying and securing additional work opportunities.
- ** Field & Office Responsibilities**: Balance **database entry, project documentation, logical order tracking, and prioritization of tasks** with fieldwork, including assessments, estimates, and project scopes.
- ** Estimating & Documentation**: Conduct site visits, assess damages, create estimates, draft project scopes, and develop **floor plans** to support restoration efforts.
- ** Emergency Response**: Participate in the **on-call rotation** for emergency response services, ensuring prompt and professional service during after-hours and weekend calls.
- ** Business Development**: Build strong relationships with clients and partners, proactively seeking ways to expand BELFOR’s market presence and service offerings.
- ** Collaboration & Growth**: Work closely with team members to streamline processes, share knowledge, and develop expertise in restoration project management.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- ** Previous experience in construction, restoration, or insurance** is considered an asset.
- ** Sales experience** in related fields, particularly with upselling services or securing additional contracts, is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and **sell services confidently.**:

- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, **JD Edwards, Xactimate/XactAnalysis** (preferred but not required).
- Excellent organization and **prioritization skills**, with strong attention to detail in data entry and project coordination.
- ** Self-motivated and eager to grow** within the restoration industry.
- Must be able to pass a **Criminal Record Check**.
