**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist prospective tenants by providing information about available properties and answering inquiries.
- Conduct property tours and showcase the features of each unit to potential renters.
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants to achieve favorable outcomes for both parties.
- Maintain organized files and records related to leasing activities and tenant communications.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns and facilitating resolutions.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
- Proficiency in using property management software such as Yardi is highly desirable.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
