**Job Title**: Compliance and IT Process Improvement Manager

They are committed to excellence and continuous improvement and are looking for a meticulous and organized Compliance and IT Process Improvement Manager to join their team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Compliance Management**: Oversee and manage compliance documentation and internal processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- **Daily Meetings**: Conduct daily meetings with staff to review projects and tickets, ensuring progress and addressing any issues promptly.
- **Policy Development**: Develop, write, review, and enforce internal policies to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient operations.
- **Control Implementation**: Implement and monitor compliance controls and procedures to maintain high standards of operation.
- **Performance Metrics**: Develop and work with KPI metrics to track performance and ensure targets are met.
- **Project Oversight**: Review staff utilization and project efficiency, making adjustments as necessary to improve productivity and ensure timely execution.
- **Resource Management**: Set staff up for success by helping them get the necessary resources in place for projects.
- **Strategic Planning**: Ensure the company has a clear plan for success by developing strategic initiatives and continuously monitoring their progress.
- **Audits and Reviews**: Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- **Leadership**: Act as a leader, consistently asking questions, taking initiative, and driving improvements. Be vocal in meetings, proactively suggesting solutions and improvements.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present compliance and performance reports to management.
- **Technical Guidance**: Provide technical guidance to staff regarding compliance policies and procedures.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and operational excellence.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in compliance management or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in compliance management and account management, with a background in Executive Assistance (EA) or Project Coordination.
- Strong technical background in IT, with an understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Drata compliance software or similar tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough investigations and present findings clearly.
- Experience in developing and implementing internal processes and procedures.
- Proactive and vocal in taking initiative and suggesting improvements.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards relevant to MSPs is a plus.
