Merchandise Associate

Job Description:
Calling all fashion lovers We are looking to hire a part-time Merchandise Associate (3 months) to help us process and ship the top luxury items sold on our marketplace.

You will be responsible for the moving, lifting, pushing, pulling, scanning, unboxing, packing, and placing of packages, boxes, and other freight goods safely and efficiently in accordance with the company's policies and guidelines. Additionally, you will using a camera and webcam to record high quality photos and videos for documentation and authentication purposes.

This is an exciting opportunity to get hands-on experience with high-end merchandise from designers like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Chanel and help mold a small and quickly growing team.

Applicants must be able to work onsite Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays from 10am-3pm.

- Enjoys hands-on work- Has high attention to detail- Has an interest in fashion goods and designer brands- Is highly organized and able to balance multiple projects at once- Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- Handle luxury merchandise by unboxing, inspecting, packaging, and listing items with high-quality photos, videos, and descriptions- Manage inventory through organization, research, pricing adjustments, and buyer interactions- Respond to inquiries by providing accurate and timely information to prospective buyers- Support office operations by assisting with process improvements, transportation logistics, and office tasks- Collaborate with authenticators to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with company policies- Maintain safety and efficiency while performing all duties

Qualifications:
- Good oral and written communication skills- Moderate computer data entry- Hardworking and diligent to produce results- Self-driven and motivated- Diligent in following instructions clearly- Able to work efficiently and effectively with mínimal supervision- Physical ability to lift heavy or oversized shipments up to 40lbs- Able to work flexible hours- Able to stand and walk around for long hours at a time
