**Overview**:
Sobeys is full of exciting opportunities and we are always looking for bright new talent to join our Voila team The Operations Planner is responsible for creation and ownership of the sales forecasts ( midterm ) and monitoring, tracking and adjusting the sales forecast and DPV (routing). This is role has the added benefit of a 4 day work week that leverages 10 hour shifts comprised of rotational mornings and evenings

As the Operations Planner you will: Work with merchandising and marketing on sales forecasting Collaborate with Planning peers as related to baseline metrics, targets, data and results (analysis support and insight) Work with Operational Planning and Analytics Manager to ensure expectations and timelines met Interact with CFC and delivery to get hard limits Create mid to short term plan of sales, capacity and availability Analyze and understand dynamic forecasts to maximize sales, including forecasting key assumptions Perform complex analysis in a specific area of sales and capacity planning

**Job Requirements**:
Minimum of 3+ years directly related work experience College Diploma Previous planning experience required, including but not limited to order modeling and forecasting and reforecasting;
integrated planning experience, planning for distribution inbound/outbound;
category planning;
