**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Sell products by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate items.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash register integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displays are appealing.
- Manage time effectively to balance customer service with other store duties.
- Communicate clearly with team members and management regarding inventory levels, customer feedback, and store operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong selling skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members positively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships with customers.
- Technical sales experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
