Fredericton, Canada Department of Social Development Full time

The Department of Social Development is seeking an individual to join the Housing and Homelessness unit as a Provincial Program Consultant in its Central Office. The position is based in Fredericton; however, a telework option from various locations across the province will be considered.

The incumbent will also be expected to maintain a provincial perspective on issues related to the housing and homelessness sector, and be aware of services and research developments in other jurisdictions. Other duties may be assigned as required.

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS**:Master's degree in a related discipline with at least three (3) years related experience, OR a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with at least five (5) years related experience.

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.

**Written and spoken competence in English is required. Please state your language capability.**

- Knowledge of financial statement analysis, market analysis, appraisal and property management
- Knowledge of real estate development stages and processes

- Knowledge of the housing industry - market trends, housing price trends, interest rates, etc.

**Salary: $61,204 to $85,514 per annum.**
