**Job Summary**:

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets by actively engaging customers, promoting products, and closing sales.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest products, features, and promotions. Share this knowledge with customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Merchandising: Assist in maintaining store displays, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the store is clean and visually appealing.
- Inventory Management: Help with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and processing incoming shipments.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure a cohesive work environment.
- Problem-Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers and build rapport.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
- Dependability: Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
