**What does a day look like for an Urban Dusters cleaner?**

Day-to-day, you'll be venturing through the city to clean 2 to 3 units daily. Typically beginning at 9 am and finishing around 5 pm, most days will involve working in a team setting. If the unit is of modest size, you will be cleaning solo.

We will provide detailed instructions to ensure you know how to use our systems, equipment and policies.

Our client base spans the entire Greater Toronto Area, giving you the unique opportunity to choose your desired location for work.

We provide the uniform and the tools.

- Experience: 2+ years of Residential housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience
- Experience in detail cleaning. You should have an eye for detail to ensure the job is done right.
- People person: You should enjoy working in a team setting and interacting with clients.
- Hard worker: You should be willing to work hard and put in whatever effort is necessary to meet our standards.
- Reliable: You are punctual and can work on a schedule. Personal transportation (car or TTC/transit) is essential to get to clients' homes.
- Able to pass a criminal background check.
- You need a smartphone with an active data plan to access job information.
- Someone passionate about making a difference in people's lives.
- Someone who is seeking an opportunity to excel in a fast-growing business.
- Fluent in English verbal communication skills.

**Tasks**
- Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff
- Receive payment for cleaning jobs
- Assist cleaners in performing duties
- Establish work schedule

**How much is the pay?**
The position has an hourly rate of $25. Those with more experience will generally make more than those with less experience. We also offer bonuses for exceptional performance and completing certain tasks within a specific time frame.

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
