SUMMARY

The “IT Junior Technician” will be primarily responsible for managing the company’s help desk, which includes rapid issue resolution with client workstations, printers, mobiles, tablets, software programs, and connectivity. In a secondary role, assisting the “System Administrator” as directed by performing the ongoing day-to-day maintenance along with monitoring and verifying various systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain IT helpdesk;
- Troubleshoot end user hardware and software needs (local & remote);
- Install user’s workstations and working tools (printers, telephones, mobiles, etc.);
- Document and maintain a list of users’ workstations and tools;
- Provide and maintain security access roles;
- Document and update procedures.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- DEC or AEC minimum;
- Experience in a Microsoft Windows environment (Windows 7-10);
- Experience with Microsoft Office;
- Experience in a user support capacity;
- Bilingual (English & French) is an asset;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proactive in resolving issues;
- Detail oriented;
- Available for projects requiring extended working hours.

**Assets (required knowledge or experience)**:

- Manage Engine Service Desk or equivalent;
- Crystal reports;
- Great Plains.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
