- Follow parents' instructions regarding routines, discipline, and any specific care needs
- Ensure the well-being and safety of the children at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children in a babysitting or nanny role
- Ability to cook and prepare meals for children
- Strong caregiving skills, including patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly
- Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with both children and parents
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Reliable transportation to commute to the family's location
Preferred Skills:
- Experience caring for multiple children of different ages simultaneously
