**Job Overview**

Reporting to the Director, Construction and Warranty, as the **Homeowner Care Coordinator** you will maintain positive relationships with homeowners, and ensure their warranty issues or concerns are addressed in a professional and timely manner. You also provide administrative support to the department.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Acting as the main point of contact for homeowners, receiving and troubleshooting calls.
- Producing correspondence on behalf of homeowners, warranty technicians, trades, construction, strata management companies and others as required.
- Processing service requests, scheduling service appointments, and creating work orders accordingly.
- Ensuring service request deficiencies are reviewed, tracked and signed off in a timely manner.
- Coordinating all service inquiries and warrantable repairs as applicable by warranty guidelines.
- Update databases, record-keeping and warranty documents for each home in an accurate manner.
- Tracking completions, allowing adequate time for walkthroughs and handovers.
- Updating homeowner manuals and online portal to ensure all warranty guidelines, company policies and procedures are accessible to homeowners.

**Essential Requirements**
- High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Comfortable using office equipment and Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint).

**Work Conditions**

You primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours. Travel to sites and overtime may occasionally be required.
