**Key Responsibilities**: - Work with clients to identify functional business requirements and develop custom D365 F&SC design documents - Contribute to pre-sales activities and RFP responses as needed - Present D365 F&SC to prospects and customers, including preparation and requirements gathering - Collaborate with software developers, project managers, and testers to turn business requirements into successful technical deliveries - Convert functional business requirements into a D365 F&SC configuration design - Configure and test D365 F&SC modules to ensure they meet client functional requirements - Develop workflow diagrams using tools like Microsoft Visio to identify business processes and roles within those processes - Identify and mitigate business/project risks, or communicate as necessary - Ensure the stability of the OnActuate public sector suite of solutions through testing - Provide clear documentation for all phases of the D365 implementation process - Train clients on the use of D365 F&SC and any accompanying software - Assist clients with User Acceptance testing - Conduct peer reviews for D365 F&SC configuration design and adherence to best practices,standards, procedures, and methodologies - Analyze and follow up on Applications Support Service Desk items, reporting problems and bottlenecks to company management - Maintain positive and successful client relationships, exceeding customer expectations - Mentor junior team members **Qualifications**: - D365 Finance & Supply Chain certification - 4+ years of experience with D365 F&SC implementations - Experience in Finance, Supply Chain, and Trade and Logistics modules - Background in pre-sales activities, implementations, configurations, design, gap fit, and other ERP rollout functions - Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions - Accounting/Finance certification is a plus - 3+ end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP or D365 F&SC implementations experience - Familiarity with LCS and its tools for managing D365FSC environments - Knowledge of Azure DevOps for version control and deployment - Experience with Incident Management, Change Management, and Release Management - Ability to understand ERP system tables and write simply to moderately complex SQL for database queries **Salary**: $110,000.00-$130,000.00 per year Schedule: - 8 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Oakville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Application question(s): - What is your Current Salary per annum ( CAD)? - What is your Expected Salary per annum ( CAD)? - What will be your Notice Period? **Experience**: - supply chain: 4 years (preferred) - supply chain management: 4 years (preferred)
