**What You'll Do**

As a Flat Roofer, you'll work with a team of skilled tradespeople to install, repair, and maintain flat roofing systems. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives outdoors and enjoys building things that last.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install and repair flat roofing systems on commercial, industrial, and residential buildings
- Load, unload, and handle roofing materials and tools
- Work safely at heights and follow site safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally on-site

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of roofing experience (flat roofing preferred)
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship
- Comfortable with physically demanding, outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Working at Heights Certificate (preferred)
- Valid G driver's license (preferred)
