**Job Summary**
**Qualifications & Skills Required**:
1. A heart for worshiping God.
2. Able to work in a team setting and take directions.
3. Either has experience mixing audio successfully in the live environment OR is willing to attend training and work alongside a mentor.
4. Have good communication skills.
5. Ability to think quickly and react/troubleshoot properly in high-stress situations.
6. Have knowledge of or a willingness to learn: Planning Center, ProPresenter, Song Select, Subsplash, OBS, Soundboard (Yamaha TF3).
7. Willing to attend training sessions and read/watch other training material for improving existing skills. Length of Service: A six-month contract to the end of June, with the opportunity to extend it.
**Time Required**: Ten hours weekly: 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM every Sunday; 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM every Thursday; and two additional hours for administration, training, and quarterly meetings (1 hour in length).
**Tasks**:
Pre-service functions to be done by you, or monitor volunteer’s work:
1. Set up the stage for musicians.
2. Perform proper sound checks, including gain settings, checking monitor mixes, proper volume settings, and the eq/mixing process.
3. Check with the Planning Center, the worship leader, and the pastor for the schedule and any schedule changes.
4. Ensure ProPresenter is programmed properly for the service
5. Make sure the Livestream is set properly
6. Turn on the 3 outside T.V.s
During Service functions to be done by you, or monitor volunteer’s work:
1. Responsible for adjusting sound levels during service as needed.
2. Responsible for following worship leader’s direction and musician’s direction during services.
3. Responsible for programming ProPresenter.
4. Responsible for recording the service.
5. Responsible for following stage and schedule cues.
6. Responsible for providing a distraction-free service related to audio/media production.
Post-service functions to be done by you, or monitor volunteer’s work:
1. Talk with the band to find out if issues existed for them during service.
2. Note any broken/faulty equipment and take it out of service if possible.
3. Clear the stage of equipment as needed.
**Compensation**: $10,000-15,000 annual. To be determined according to the Grace Salary Gridline.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $10,000.00-$15,000.00 per year
