Under the responsibility of the Director of Maintenance and the Head of Housekeeping, the housekeeping attendant is assigned to cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of the common areas of the establishment.
**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Maintain property areas and systems
- All other related tasks
- Be available to respond to emergencies
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Schedule and ensure that preventive maintenance is performed on equipment
**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
- High school diploma (SSD)
