**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Provide compassionate support and assistance to clients in daily living activities.
- Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Help clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety during heavy lifting.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate staff.
- Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being and companionship.
- Support individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments through tailored activities.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in nursing homes, senior care, or caregiving is preferred.
- Knowledge of hospice care practices is a plus.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by client needs.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- A commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and dignity at all times.
