**Job Title**: General Manager

We are seeking a General Manager to oversee internal operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning within the company. This role is not client-facing but is crucial in supporting the internal team, managing policies, and handling administrative responsibilities to maintain an efficient and productive workplace.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **HR Management**: Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies, including staff welfare and compliance. Manage employee records, onboarding, and documentation for birthdays and work anniversaries.
- **Meetings & Scheduling**: Organize, schedule, and chair internal departmental meetings, including daily stand-ups. Ensure efficient communication flow and documentation of meeting outcomes.
- **Billing & Financial Support**: Handle internal billing processes, expense tracking, and support financial reporting in collaboration with the finance team.
- **Office Management**: Maintain office upkeep, ensuring a clean and organized workspace. Coordinate office supplies, manage equipment, and ensure a productive work environment.
- **Time & Vacation Tracking**: Manage employee vacation requests, maintain scheduling records, and oversee accurate time tracking for all staff. Prepare regular reports on time usage and productivity.
- **Personal Assistant Duties**: Provide PA support to President and VP, assisting with scheduling, correspondence, and administrative tasks as required.
- **General Research & Special Projects**: Conduct research for various internal projects, providing insights and support for operational improvement and strategic planning.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with HR policies and office management.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Proficiency in basic financial processes and billing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
