**Position Summary**

At other agencies, you may know this role as Account Manager or Account Executive, but at Left Field Labs, the “client” is our focus. As a Client Partner at Left Field Labs, you will play a dynamic role. You will be responsible for establishing and growing relationships with clients, understanding their objectives/needs, and identifying ways that our team can help solve their most pressing business problems. You will also translate those insights to the LFL team, ensuring they have the right understanding to build innovative solutions that challenge preconceived notions of what’s possible and actually perform.

**Responsibilities**

**_Client Relationships_**
- Develop meaningful and productive client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and build trust, translating those insights to guide the internal team
- Be the client advocate, collaborating with internal teams to discover solutions to their needs and challenges
- Actively managing client expectations and the team to deliver on those expectations throughout projects
- Coach clients to better understand technologies and processes, as necessary
- Remain connected with clients to uncover opportunities for LFL to further support their business needs, then work with the agency to address issues and tackle opportunities

Strategic Partnership & Growth_**
- Build your understanding of client businesses and their objectives, then putting them into action through proactive planning and solutioning
- On a project level, lead the team to clearly defining the business/marketing problem, project objectives, insights, and strategic approach.
- Uncover and define the broader business/marketing objectives of the clients’ organizations
- Demonstrate a keen understanding of factors that influence business decisions (economic, industry, competitive, internal politics, etc.).
- Ensure KPIs are established and tracked to measure the project successes and identify optimizations
- Evaluating program performance against KPIs, providing recommendations for optimizations
- Recognizes new business opportunities and works with disciplines to deliver proposals

Leadership, People Management & Cross Discipline Collaboration_**
- Coach the team to live up to our promise of uncommon creativity, flawless delivery, and project effectiveness
- Translate project requirements to internal teams and collaborate to develop proposals, SOWs, or Change Orders (including objectives, approach, estimates, and timelines)
- Develop project briefs and present project parameters to internal teams during project kick-offs
- Evaluate creative & technical deliverables to ensure they meet the client’s brand and expectations
- Manage client questions, manage their expectations, and share feedback with internal team
- Collaborate, strategize and communicate items related to project and/or client issue mitigation
- Track project-level and client-level financials, with other Team Leads, to ensure profitability

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of client relationship-focused marketing experience, preferably at a digital agency
- Ability to understand brand/industry trends, and demonstrate an understanding of broader implications to the internal team
- Superb business acumen and excellent analytical thinking
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Highly organized and ability to manage multiple projects
- Varied and dynamic communication style
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, creative environment
- Ability to prioritize and take on tasks independently
- Work well within a team structure both onsite and remote
- A keen eye for detail and an understanding of budgets restraints
- Experience managing relationships involving the build of digital platforms, such as websites, apps, or emerging technologies is a plus
