**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping operations, such as maintenance, construction, and logistics.
- Lead a team of landscape technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
- Oversee the construction of landscape features, including gardens, pathways, retaining walls, fencing and decorative elements.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Train new employees on proper landscaping techniques and equipment usage.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in landscape maintenance and construction
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience supervising a team in a landscaping or related environment.
- Ability to build and create various landscape features, showcasing creativity and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and management.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- A valid driver's license is needed for operating company trucks.
