The Sales Support Specialist is a crucial member of the Inside Sales team, responsible for creating and delivering accurate and timely quotes for our Inspections services team. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with Agreement Sales Representatives to build and present quotes to our customers based on their specific asset lists and product needs.

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be the driving force behind ensuring that our sales team has the information they need to succeed. This is a hands-on position that requires strong communication skills, the ability to work well in a team, and a willingness to take ownership of your personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle preparing quoting for equipment inspections, working closely with the Agreement Sales Representatives to deliver accurate and timely quotes to customers
- Communicate effectively with the sales team to ensure that quotes align with customer inspection needs and compliance requirements
- Assist the agreement sales team to allow for more face-to-face time with customers

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous work experience in the industrial service industry is a plus
- Basic understanding of computer systems and a willingness to work hands-on with the service teams
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills, as well as excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
