Shuttle Driver

**NewRoads Toyota Newmarket,**a division of the NewRoads Automotive Group is hiring a **Par**t-Time**Shuttle Driver**

**Responsibilities of a**Shuttle Driver**
- Driving, rearranging and moving vehicles on the lot
- Inspecting and reporting any vehicular damages
- Maintaining lot security and cleanliness
- Verifying vehicle serial numbers for invoices
- Safely transporting customers to and from the dealership in a NewRoads shuttle when required
- Greeting service customers upon arrival
- Assisting in the management of service waiters
- Assuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Greeting customers upon arrival and check-in vehicles to our Service Department
- Sanitizing customer vehicles on drop-off and pick-up
- Communicating with Service Advisors regarding customer appointment details
- Liaising between Service Advisors and staff throughout the dealership
- Being aware of shuttle bus schedules/availability to assist in coordinating drop-off and pick-up arrangements. Working closely with customers to ensure their shuttle needs are confirmed and fulfilled
- Assisting in lot organization when applicable.
- Efficiently and correctly promoting the dealership service department
- Assuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Additional duties as required
