Bridal Consultant

**Responsibilities**
- Assist brides in selecting wedding gowns and accessories that align with their vision and preferences.
- Assist maids, mother of the bride / groom, prom and sell all types of formal wear

Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Stay updated on current bridal trends and styles to provide informed recommendations.
- Manage bridal appointments efficiently and professionally
- Utilize phone etiquette to follow up with clients and confirm appointments
- Upsell accessories and complementary products
- Uphold general housekeeping duties and receiving shipments including steaming gowns
- The ability to lift 10-15 pounds consistently
- Involvement in all creative projects, including event planning and execution, social media and merchandising and display
- Provide personalized consultations, ensuring a positive and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain an organized inventory of bridal gowns and accessories, ensuring all items are displayed attractively.
- Utilize POS systems for processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Proven experience in retail sales, or transferable skills from a field in the creative arts
- Strong selling skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with technical sales tools is advantageous
- Must be fashionable
- Leadership and training in social media, and or a background in a creative field where transferable skills could be utilized would be an asset
- Ability to upsell effectively
- Experience working in a fast paced environment would be an asset
- Good math skills
