Minimum Education: High School.

**SKILLS AND KEY QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Restaurant/Kitchen Experience is an asset but not mandatory.
- Able to understand, speak, and write in English **AND** Tagalog.
- Able to adapt in high pressure situations and remain composed.
- Passion for the kitchen and pride for the quality of food served daily.
- Must be able to work with mínimal supervision and be a fast learner.
- Willing to perform tasks such as cleaning, garbage handling, and dishwashing.
- Team-Oriented, motivated, clean and well organized.

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work in warm conditions and with equipment that generate heat.

**MISCELLANEOUS**:

- Must be able to work with a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays as well as opening and closing shifts.
