**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to report any maintenance issues or supply needs.
- Maintain an organized cleaning schedule to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Uphold hospitality standards by creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational abilities to maintain cleanliness standards consistently.
- Good communication skills in English; ability to interact positively with guests and staff.
- A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
