Assesses, researches, analyzes and documents sponsor/stakeholder needs Recommends business solutions that satisfy sponsor/stakeholder needs Consults and coordinates with stakeholders to design and map business processes and procedures Leads detailed requirement phases identifying, tracking, escalating and/or resolving requirements issues Prepares and consolidates requirements documentation Creates or assists others in the writing of user documentation, instructions and procedures Supports Testing by planning, development of test cases, execution of tests, and reporting of results Supports Post Implementation Verification by planning, development of test cases, execution of tests (if has production access) Supports Product Owner with documenting user stories and acceptance criteria Contributes to the Implementation Plan.
