**Assistant Buyer | Head Office Laval**
You want to be part of a **dynamic team** **?** We are looking for someone with a good attention to detail, a team player able to deal tactfully with others.
**Job Description**:
- Manage database of all images** **for each vendor/item: product shots/lifestyle shots/videos/product knowledge
- Maintain promotional activity: action price promotions/markdowns/discontinued/clearance/monthly flyer end-promo continuation/signage requests and maintenance/signage requests-verification
- Flyer maintenance; provide copy; English and French/pricing /images every month
- Inventory/quota maintenance: quick ships/receipts for **flyer merchandise**:
- Flyer approval
- Signage approval
- Website remittance: provide all product info and description in English and French/photos or video
- Provide product knowledge for new ranges to the stores
**Qualifications**:
- Must be proficient in word, excel and powerpoint
- Detail oriented
- Have creative writing skills
- Be a reliable and dependable team player
