We are looking for After-sales Service Technician - Electrical Appliances to join our community.

After-sales Service Technician - Electrical Appliances responsibilities include:

- Resolving product and service problems by investigating the root cause of issues
- Following up on customer complaints and ensuring proper resolution
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
- Escalating complex customer problems to senior technicians or managers as necessary
- Tracking after-sales service metrics (e.g. warranty claims, repair turnaround time)
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features
