Project Manager - IT Internal Delivery
If you’ve taken a plane to any destination in the world, chances are your pilot was trained by our client. With its strong customer focus, the Digital Accelerator team is dedicated to elevating the training experience to make pilots the best they can be.
Your Role & Main Responsibilities:
- Establish the project management plan in line with the goals and objectives of the project
- Manage all resources involved on the project, including partners, consultants, employees, and stakeholders
- Plan and prioritize project backlog. vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
- Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value
- Take the lead of scrum teams as the Project Manager
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
- Lead the planning project release plans, including budget management, and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- Be a change agent & Agile mindset promoter
- Be the owner of the project delivery
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
- Contribute to the collaborative and stimulating work environment
- Validate and approve budget, manage budget forecast, and structure a governance and reports on the budgets
Your Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the Salesforce environment
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar relevant field
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in managing complex project with multiple stakeholders
- Creative thinker with a vision
- Attention to details
