WSP E&I Canada Ltd, Construction & Remediation group is hiring a Quality Coordinator for an upcoming project in Port Hope, On.

The position is a full-time permanent position for a self-motivated, energetic, and organized individual to coordinate day-to-day quality activities on the project.

**A day in the life**:

- Supports the development of the quality management system (QMS) processes, plans, tools, and procedures for compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Conducts audits in accordance with ISO 9001:2015; generates the audit report and works with the team to ensure audit findings are closed.
- Provides oversight, ensuring the QMS is communicated and always understood.
- Performs regular oversights and reviews to ensure site inspectors, sub-contractors, and suppliers adhere to the project quality requirements.
- Provides support to the Quality Assurance Manager in overseeing the QMS implementation and its effectiveness.
- Responsible for ensuring the quality objective are tracked and reports any concerns to the Quality Assurance Manager. Ensures the audit schedule at the program level is maintained and applied.
- Prepares for and plays a lead role in internal and external audits, suppliers/ sub-suppliers’ surveillance.
- Reviews quality documentation for conformance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements, providing interpretation where necessary.
- Ensures all quality documentation is compiled, approved for use, and completed.
- Provides feedback and support with quality planning.
- Develops, tracks, and reports key performance indicators for quality, service, and efficiency.
- Investigates, monitors, documents, and reports on quality issues.
- Works with the Quality assurance Manager in maintaining the QMS documentation up to date.
