We are looking for reliable and attention to detail cleaning (janitorial) **SUBCONTRACTOR** in **ST. THOMAS** to take on a cleaning subcontract for a small office with total of approximately 6 hours per week Monday to Saturday. You need to have a registered company (business) in you name.

It is not employment, but a subcontract.

It takes approximately 45min to 1 hour per day. Must be able to work consistently with no supervision, keeping the store always looking good.

Payment is a flat rate of 500.00 monthly for this account. **500.00 PER MONTH.**

**MUST HAVE **the resources to handle coverage for absences including sick days (having someone to work for you in your absence). Exciting opportunity to increase your income and grow your business with more subcontracts available in the future based on additional availabilities.

**MUST BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND AND SPEAK ENGLISH**

In order to qualify for this position **we require PROOF OF BUSINESS REGISTRATION and have a police background check.**

WHIMS certification will also needed.

Contract schedule: the location must be cleaned in the evening or night anytime after the store closes, everyday, Monday to Saturday.

Duties include but are not limited to dusting and disinfecting surfaces, cleaning of bathrooms/kitchens, emptying office bins, vacuuming and mopping floors.
