**Junior Corporate Counsel**

**JOB SUMMARY**:
The Junior corporate counsel will support all lines of business to draft and negotiate commercial agreements, review and draft commercial leases and non-disclosure agreements, manage Litigation matters, a typical day would include anything from dealing with contract negotiations both with customers and vendors to working with business units on compliance matters and assisting with litigation matters.

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide legal advice to various lines of business in the areas of customs brokerage, transportation and integrated logistics, international freight forwarding, information technology, intellectual property, managed services and employment
- Conduct legal research regarding regulatory compliance applicable to international trade and custom brokerage.
- Negotiate, draft or review various corporate commercial documents in support of transactions entered into on behalf of the company
- Review and draft commercial lease agreements and help facilitated related transactions
- Conduct due diligence
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
- Adhere to established policies and procedures

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**WORK EXPERIENCE - MINIMUM REQUIRED**:

- 4 years of related experience**EDUCATION**:
