**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to engage with local communities and stakeholders effectively.
- Organize and oversee community events, workshops, and outreach programs to promote the organization’s mission and values.
- Act as the primary point of contact for community members and partners, addressing inquiries, concerns, and opportunities for collaboration.
- Identify community needs and opportunities to create impactful programs that align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of community initiatives with company objectives.
- Manage social media channels and other communication platforms to engage with the community and share relevant updates.
- Gather feedback from community members and stakeholders to evaluate program success and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations detailing the outcomes of community engagement activities.
- Stay updated on community trends, events, and opportunities to maximize the company’s presence and impact.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, social work, or a related field.
- Proven experience in community engagement, outreach, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in social media management and event planning.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed reports.
- A passion for social impact and community development.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required for events.

Pay: $65,010.00-$69,560.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
